Due to its own weaving method and materials, the knitted fabric is easy to be stretched and its width gets narrowed to cause deviation of gram weight in course of processing and finishing. HV-PC series density of knitted fabric finishing and overfeeding control system adopts industrial camera as the detection element to make monitor upon moving fabric, calculate weft density of current fabric by image processing thus to automatically control overfeeding of fabric according to result of detection and to guarantee uniformity and stability of gram weight of fabric.
