In course of printing due to be affected by all kinds of factors the rotary screen printing machine can cause problems of run-off pattern or error pattern. It should have manual detecting and adjusting to meet requirement of pattern register, therefore it is hardly to guarantee correctness and real-time. As operator’s labor strength is large the conformity of printing quality is hardly to guarantee.
The system adopts the automatic pattern register online continuous detecting and control of rotary screen printing. It can make real-time online continuous detecting printing pattern (standard patterns for each set of colors) by means of advanced machine vision technology, real-time adjustment printing phase of each set of colors, accurate control over pattern register of printing to ensure high precision effect of pattern register thus to rise up the rate of finished products and it can largely reduce requirement against operator!
