It adopts L waveband radio frequency NDT technique, double-resonant cavity structure with built-in DSP digital process system, American LabVIEW software platform which can separate pick-up rate from high precision and high linearity of absolute dry quantity. The system is equipped with a set of O-type intelligent scanning frame and a set of pick-up control working platform according to requirement of productive technology. It can scam fabric reciprocally from left, middle to right to collect width-wise pick-up of fabric at real-time, revise pressure data of oil at right, middle and left, make automatic control against the evenness calendar and let it run under even or uneven working condition of rolling liquor thus to thoroughly solve color difference of left, middle and right caused by uneven liquor-bearing of roll to ensure even color of fabric. Meanwhile LabVIEW platform can record the process bill no. and its control output data of left, middle and right pressure for easy call directly next time and ensure quality of product and reproducibility of productive technology to realize online close-loop control of the whole course of productive technology.
