On May 17, 2018, the 2018 Knitting Industry Intelligent Innovation and Green Production Technology Forum was held in the forum area of the Keqiao Light Textile City International Convention and Exhibition Center. In his speech, Mr. Gu Ren pointed out that the three future directions for the knitting and dyeing industry are "high-quality products, intelligent manufacturing, and energy conservation and emission reduction." The core role of intelligent manufacturing in knitting and dyeing is to help enterprises significantly improve the first-pass yield rate, reduce labor costs, lessen labor intensity, and reduce dependence on the skills of operators; to minimize costs, increase profits, achieve precise fabric feeding, and ensure on-time delivery; and to achieve energy conservation, emission reduction, and green manufacturing from the source.

 

He also pointed out that the main quality factors in knitting and dyeing production are the color difference of dyed fabrics, defects in printed fabrics, pattern misalignment, color difference, unit area weight, width, weft bending, weft skew, and oil stains. To address these factors, Changzhou Hongda's developed intelligent system for the entire knitting and dyeing process currently has six aspects: online detection of key process parameters; automated and intelligent control of individual machines; digital network information management system for the production process; automated, intelligent, and information-based logistics system; energy information management system; and environmental protection intelligent information management system.

 

In recent years, Changzhou Hongda has been committed to the research and development of intelligent products for knitting and dyeing, such as advanced technologies that solve the problems of fabric pattern deformation, weft skew, and weft bending, and the Hawk vision intelligent image fabric and weft straightening machine with full-width scanning technology, as well as the shaping machine overfeeding control system and the machine cylinder. pH online detection system, circular screen printing machine clogging online monitoring and control system, etc.; fundamentally improving the quality level of textile finishing and creating core value for textile enterprises.
