Changzhou Hongda was invited to participate in the 2018 Shengze Textile Intelligent Manufacturing Conference
Mr. Gu Ren, Chairman of Changzhou Hongda Technology (Group), delivered a wonderful report at the meeting, themed "AI-led Smart Manufacturing Solutions for the Textile and Dyeing Industry".
On June 22, 2018, the China Shengze Textile Intelligent Manufacturing Conference was held in Shengze, Suzhou. Industry experts and entrepreneurs from across the country gathered for a forward-looking, professional, and high-end technological industry event. Mr. Gu Ren, Chairman of Changzhou Hongda Technology (Group), was invited to attend the conference and delivered a keynote speech on "Artificial Intelligence Leading Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions for the Textile Printing and Dyeing Industry."
In 2017, the State Council issued the "Development Plan for New Generation Artificial Intelligence," which pointed out that the rapid development of artificial intelligence will profoundly change human social life and the world. Gu Ren stated in his report that deep learning of dyeing processes based on big data, and achieving transformation and upgrading of dyeing production, artificial intelligence is one of the important future development directions! China has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development. The dyeing industry is an important position in the high-quality development of China's textile industry. High-quality development of the dyeing industry requires liberation from a large amount of manpower and popularization of the use of intelligent automated dyeing equipment. The core role of intelligent manufacturing in textile dyeing should be reflected in helping textile dyeing enterprises greatly improve the first-pass yield, thereby minimizing enterprise costs, increasing revenue, enabling enterprises to achieve accurate fabric feeding and on-time delivery. In the production process, it can not only reduce labor and reduce the labor intensity of workers, but also reduce dependence on operators' skills through intelligent manufacturing; achieve energy saving and emission reduction and green manufacturing from the source, drive the sustainable development of the industry with the power of science and technology, and create a green and environmentally friendly development environment with science and technology.
For nearly 30 years, Changzhou Hongda has focused on the research and development of digital technology for textile printing and dyeing, and has always been committed to providing technological support for intelligent equipment in the textile printing and dyeing industry, promoting the automation, intelligence, and digital networking of the textile printing and dyeing industry. Gu Ren also detailed Changzhou Hongda’s achievements in intelligent systems for the entire textile dyeing and finishing process over the years, summarizing them into six aspects: online detection of key process parameters; automation and intelligent control of single machines; digital network information management system for production processes; automated, intelligent, and information-based logistics system; energy information management system; and environmental protection intelligent information management system.
Changzhou Hongda's current intelligent products using artificial intelligence technology include: an intelligent system for fabric setting based on artificial intelligence technology; an online defect detection system for rotary screen/flat screen printing machines based on artificial intelligence technology; and Hawk Vision ® intelligent image weft and warp aligning machine; intelligent electronic hydrophobic system, etc. Currently, these products have been applied in well-known textile printing and dyeing units in several provinces such as Zhejiang, Shandong, and Jiangsu, greatly saving manpower and material resources for the application units, improving the first-pass yield of product production, and winning high recognition from the application units. Changzhou Hongda will continue to follow the trend of the times, adhere to the national development direction, help the upgrading and transformation of China's textile printing and dyeing industry, promote the new era of numerical control dyeing, and create a new benchmark for textile automation.
The Jiangsu Provincial Demonstration Intelligent Workshop Award Ceremony, the Textile Industry Intelligent Manufacturing Collaborative Innovation Center Unveiling Ceremony, and the Jiangsu Provincial Two-Integration Demonstration Enterprise Award Ceremony were held simultaneously. The leaders attending the meeting presented awards to the winning enterprises and jointly witnessed the gratifying achievements of China's textile industry over the past year. The conference was honored to invite Fan Jianlong, Standing Committee Member of Wujiang District, Suzhou; Cao Tingrui, Director of the Textile Division of the Consumer Goods Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; and Sun Ruizhe, President of the China Textile Industry Federation, to deliver opening remarks. The conference was guided by the China Association for Science and Technology Intelligent Manufacturing Society Union and the Suzhou Wujiang District People's Government, and jointly hosted by the China Textile Engineering Society, the Suzhou Wujiang District Shengze Town People's Government, and the China Dongfa Silk Market Management Committee.
