Changzhou Hongda promotes the transformation and upgrading of the knitting and dyeing industry
Mr. Gu Ren, chairman of Changzhou Hongda Technology (Group), delivered a report entitled "Advanced Knitting and Dyeing Intelligent Technology to Help Enterprises Transform and Upgrade" at the 2018 National Seminar on New Technologies in Knitting and Dyeing Pre-treatment and Dyeing. From the perspective of upgrading intelligent manufacturing equipment for knitting, he provided direction for the transformation and development of the knitting and dyeing industry.
The 2018 National Seminar on New Technologies in Knitted Fabric Pre-treatment, Dyeing and Finishing was held in 6 month 30 in Guangzhou. Mr. Gu Ren, Chairman of Changzhou Hongda Technology (Group), was invited to attend the meeting and delivered a report themed "Advanced Intelligent Technology for Knitted Fabric Dyeing and Finishing to Assist Enterprises in Transformation and Upgrading." He provided direction for the transformation and development of the knitted fabric dyeing and finishing industry from the perspective of upgrading intelligent manufacturing equipment for knitted fabrics.
In his speech, Gu Ren pointed out that the three future directions for knitted fabric dyeing and finishing should be: enterprises producing high-quality products; the application of intelligent manufacturing products in the production process; and achieving energy saving and emission reduction. Gu Ren believes that the core role of intelligent manufacturing in knitted fabric dyeing and printing should be reflected in helping knitted fabric dyeing and printing enterprises greatly improve their first-pass yield, thereby minimizing enterprise costs, increasing profits, achieving accurate fabric feeding and on-time delivery. In the production process, it can not only reduce labor and alleviate the labor intensity of workers, but also reduce dependence on the technical skills of operators through intelligent manufacturing; achieve energy saving and emission reduction from the source; drive the sustainable development of the industry with the power of technology; and create core value for enterprises. Recently, the intelligent online measurement and control system for the setting density of knitted fabrics, developed by Changzhou Hongda for the efficient production of knitted fabric dyeing and finishing enterprises, has been included in the "12th Batch of Recommended Advanced Technologies for Energy Saving and Emission Reduction in China's Dyeing Industry" by the China Dyeing Industry Association. This system can greatly reduce costs, improve efficiency, and reduce the labor intensity of workers for enterprises. The intelligent online measurement and control system for knitted fabric setting density uses intelligent image technology to monitor the weft density of the fabric on the feeding side during the fabric setting process. When the weft density of the fabric cannot reach the set value, the overfeeding adjustment system adjusts the weft density to the ideal state in real time to ensure the consistency of the weft density of the outgoing fabric, achieve the standard unit area weight of the knitted fabric, improve the first-pass yield, and provide a guarantee for achieving high-quality textiles.
