Changzhou Hongda's intelligent online measurement and control system for the setting density of knitted fabrics has been included in the Twelfth Batch of Recommended Advanced Technologies for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction in the National Printing and Dyeing Industry.


June 2018 2 On the 8th, the 2018 National Environmental Protection Annual Conference for the Printing and Dyeing Industry was held in Foshan, Guangdong. Vice President Li Ling-shen of the China Textile Industry Federation, President Chen Zhihua, Vice President Li Ruiping, and Secretary-General Lin Lin of the China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association, as well as environmental experts and representatives from printing and dyeing enterprises, gathered together. 300 Changzhou Hongda Technology (Group) was invited to attend the conference, and Chairman Gu Ren gave a report entitled "Changzhou Hongda's Advanced Intelligent Technology Helps Printing and Dyeing Enterprises Achieve Deep Energy Saving and Emission Reduction." At the meeting, Secretary-General Lin Lin of the China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association announced the twelfth batch of recommended advanced technologies for energy saving and emission reduction in the national printing and dyeing industry. The "Intelligent Online Measurement and Control System for the Density of Knitted Fabric Setting" developed by Changzhou Hongda was included in the recommended catalog.

 

Gu Ren stated in his report that the three future directions for knitted dyeing and finishing should be high-quality products, intelligent manufacturing, and energy saving and emission reduction. The core role of intelligent manufacturing in knitted printing and dyeing should be reflected in helping knitted printing and dyeing enterprises greatly improve their first-pass yield, thereby minimizing enterprise costs, increasing profits, achieving accurate fabric feeding, and on-time delivery. In the production process, it can not only reduce labor and alleviate the workload of workers, but also reduce dependence on the technical skills of operators through intelligent manufacturing; achieving energy saving and emission reduction and green manufacturing from the source, driving the sustainable development of the industry with the power of science and technology, and creating a green and environmentally friendly development environment with science and technology.
