Changzhou Hongda was invited to participate in the Yuanxin 2018 Second National Intelligent Dyeing "New Technology, New Process, New Equipment" Academic Seminar

Mr. Gu Ren, Chairman of Changzhou Hongda Technology (Group), was invited to give a report entitled "Research on the Finishing Process Execution System Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology" at the Far East 2018 Second National Academic Symposium on Intelligent Dyeing "New Technologies, New Processes, and New Equipment". The report detailed the research directions, related technologies, and products of Changzhou Hongda in recent years regarding the implementation of artificial intelligence in dyeing and finishing processes.


The Yuanxin 2018 Second National Intelligent Dyeing "New Technology, New Process, New Equipment" Academic Seminar was held in 7 month 7 day in Xinchang, Zhejiang. Mr. Gu Ren, chairman of Changzhou Hongda Technology (Group), was invited to give a report at the conference entitled "Research on the Execution System of Finishing Process Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology", detailing Changzhou Hongda's research directions, related technologies, and products in the field of artificial intelligence in dyeing and finishing processes in recent years.

 

The conference pointed out that the dyeing and finishing industry is currently facing increasing environmental pressure, rising labor costs, intensified enterprise competition, and slowing market demand, forcing enterprises to accelerate their transformation and upgrading. Chairman Gu Ren stated in his report that China has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development, and the dyeing and finishing industry is an important position in the high-quality development of China's textile industry. The transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development of the dyeing and finishing industry require liberation from a large amount of manpower and the popularization of the use of intelligent automated dyeing equipment.

 

The State Council issued the "Development Plan for New Generation Artificial Intelligence" in 2017, which pointed out that the rapid development of artificial intelligence will profoundly change human social life and the world. Gu Ren believes that artificial intelligence is a national overall strategic layout, and deep learning of dyeing processes based on big data and the realization of dyeing production, artificial intelligence is one of the important future development directions of our industry!

 

In recent years, focusing on the improvement of intelligent dyeing "new technologies, new processes, and new equipment" 30 has focused on the research and development of digital technology for textile dyeing and finishing, and has always been committed to using technology to support intelligent equipment for the textile dyeing and finishing industry, leading the development of automation, intelligence, and network digitization in the textile dyeing and finishing industry.

 

In terms of achieving artificial intelligence in dyeing and finishing processes, Changzhou Hongda currently has many intelligent products: intelligent system for fabric finishing process based on artificial intelligence technology, online width control system for finished fabrics, exhaust humidity control system for finishing machines, automatic overfeeding system for finishing machines, Hawk Vision® intelligent image inspection machine for warp and weft, etc. Currently, products have been widely used in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Guangdong, Fujian and other regions, providing support for the upgrading of intelligent equipment for textile dyeing and finishing enterprises.
