From June 1st to 4th, 2016, the ITMA 2016, Turkey's International Textile Machinery Exhibition, was held at the Istanbul International Exhibition Center. Statistics show that the exhibition attracted over 1200 exhibitors from 72 countries and more than 60,000 visitors, covering an area of 120,000 square meters. The scale of the exhibition was 55% larger than the previous one.
At this year's Turkey International Textile Machinery Exhibition, Changzhou Hongda Technology Group showcased its independently developed "Hawk Vision Intelligent Warp and Weft Machine." The product attracted significant attention from foreign textile and dyeing companies upon its debut.
"Hawk Vision" is an international brand under Changzhou Hongda Technology Group. Its independently developed "Hawk Vision Intelligent Image Warp and Weft Machine" solves the problem of correcting fabric pattern deformation. The product uses advanced image digitization technology, overcoming the shortcomings of photoelectric weft insertion technology and addressing the inability of photoelectric weft insertion to adapt to the weft bending and weft skewing of many types of fabrics. This product has been successfully applied to various fields, including chiffon, sofa fabrics, curtain fabrics, and digital heat transfer printing, solving long-standing quality problems such as weft bending and skewing. Currently, this product, which holds multiple intellectual property rights including invention patents, has officially entered the international market.
In addition, Changzhou Hongda Technology Group also exhibited equipment specifically for digital printing, such as intelligent edge trimming machines, constant tension feeding systems, and constant tension winding machines. This series of products has been successfully integrated with international products such as MS. Furthermore, the company showcased many other advanced intelligent products, including automatic overfeeding systems for setting machines, intelligent weft density control systems, automatic fabric inspection systems, online fabric width control devices, intelligent density meters, and automatic pH extraction instruments.
At this exhibition, Changzhou Hongda Technology Group attracted attention from customers in Turkey, Iran, Egypt, and other countries with its advanced technology. Many foreign host manufacturers visited the booth for exchanges and to explore cooperation opportunities to improve the intelligence level of their products.
