Changzhou Hongda Technology Group's independently developed key technologies for the self-adjusting evenness control system of its combing machine have recently achieved a major breakthrough. Another invention patent application, "Independent self-adjusting evenness control device and its self-adjusting evenness control method" (Patent No.: ZL.201910249997.7), has been authorized by the State Intellectual Property Office.
This invention uses an independent, fully servo self-adjusting evenness control device, which has a high degree of intelligence and achieves a more precise self-adjusting evenness control function for the sliver. In addition, the response speed and detection accuracy of the sliver input and output detection mechanism are high, the operation is simple, and the product qualification rate and overall work efficiency are significantly improved.
