Since the establishment of Changzhou Hongda Technology in 1992, Gu Ren has served as the chairman and R&D director of Hongda Wisdom. For many years, Gu Ren has been dedicated to solving technical problems in the dyeing and finishing machinery industry and promoting technological progress in the industry. The research team he leads has undertaken and completed 3 key national science and technology support projects from the Ministry of Science and Technology, and 2 provincial science and technology support projects. As the first drafting unit, he has participated in the formulation of 2 national standards and more than 10 industry and group standards. He has successfully launched key technologies such as the world's first original and independently owned intellectual property rights for whole-flower and whole-weft technology, fabric weight detection technology, and new generation green digital shaping machine intelligent technology, playing an important role in promoting the high-end, intelligent, and green development of China's dyeing and finishing equipment.
As a domestic "expert in dyeing intelligence", Gu Ren's technological achievements are focused on the field of dyeing and finishing processes, committed to building a new generation of digital manufacturing platforms for dyeing and finishing using industrial internet, artificial intelligence technology, and digital twin technology. His series of achievements have made significant contributions to the digital upgrading of textile and dyeing equipment. In 2023, Gu Ren won the "Contribution Figure in Textile Industry Talent Construction" award and the "New Era Textile Talent" award from the China Textile Industry Federation, which is an affirmation of Gu Ren's outstanding contributions in the field of textile engineering and academic research.
Under his leadership, Hongda Wisdom has rapidly become a high-tech enterprise in China with the largest scale and strongest strength, specializing in the research and manufacturing of intelligent online detection and intelligent information management and control systems for production processes.
In an interview with a reporter from China Textile Daily, Gu Ren stated that with the digital transformation of the textile and dyeing industry and the high-quality development requirements of green manufacturing, the industry will comprehensively promote the digital manufacturing upgrade through four major sectors: process digitalization, equipment intelligence, management informationization, and decision-making intelligence. At a critical time for the high-quality development of the textile industry, technological innovation and research and development are no longer limited to a single process, but are based on the changes in the dyeing factory's demand for intelligent and digital equipment, carrying out systematic industrial innovation.
Gu Ren stated that Hongda Wisdom not only needs to meet the explicit needs of customers but also to anticipate customer needs and stimulate their latent needs. In the future, he will continue to lead by example, leading Hongda Wisdom to continue to adhere to the development strategy of innovation-driven, actively participate in the formulation and promotion of industry standards, use intellectual property rights as a guide, promote the company's continuous development, and contribute to the healthy development of the industry.
