Three textile companies, including Changzhou Hongda, were selected as typical cases of industrial and information technology quality improvement in 2023.

Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) announced the 2023 Industrial and Information Technology Quality Improvement Typical Cases, with 129 companies nationwide selected. Among them, three textile companies were included: Changzhou Hongda Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd.'s "Typical Case of Intelligent System Application for Digitalized Shaping Machine in Dyeing and Finishing"; Luolai Life Science & Technology Co., Ltd.'s "Case of Improving the Quality of Finished Fabrics Through Full-Process Quality Control"; and Fujian Hengshen New Materials Co., Ltd.'s "Typical Case of Intelligent Online Detection in the Nylon Industry Based on AI + Industrial Internet Platform".

To enhance industrial and information technology quality management capabilities, promote quality technology innovation and application, improve product reliability, and promptly identify, summarize, and promote a batch of advanced experiences with strong demonstration effects, the MIIT organized the selection of typical cases of industrial and information technology quality improvement in August this year, covering three aspects: quality management capabilities, quality technology innovation and application, and reliability improvement, with 12 directions in total.

 

Changzhou Hongda Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. The case focuses on quality technology innovation and application—quality control. It uses digital technology to conduct full-process online quality monitoring, diagnosis, and optimization, implementing intelligent analysis, precise control, remote monitoring, and intelligent maintenance of key processes. This achieves digital control, networked collaboration, and intelligent management of the manufacturing process, continuously enhancing the level of production process quality control and improving the reliability, consistency, and stability of product manufacturing. In textile dyeing production processes, Changzhou Hongda's innovation and research and development are not limited to a single process but are based on the transformation of dyeing plants' needs for intelligent and digital equipment, carrying out systematic industrial innovation. Changzhou Hongda builds an intelligent system for finishing machines based on artificial intelligence technology to solve the problem of deviations easily caused by manual operation, achieving digital production from the source and building a digital manufacturing full industrial chain.

 

Luolai Living Technology Co., Ltd. The case focuses on quality management capabilities—the company's ability to achieve continuous success. It implements advanced standards such as GB/T 19004, continuously improves systems and mechanisms, builds quality culture, innovates methods, strengthens process identification, management, and verification, and uses the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) model for continuous improvement to ensure the achievement of quality goals and the realization of continuous success. Luolai establishes quality alliances with raw material suppliers and finished product suppliers, achieving forward quality management. Based on the principles of equality and mutual assistance, it conducts supplier assessments through the establishment of supplier support plans and helps suppliers improve quality, achieving win-win cooperation within the supply chain system and achieving the goal of common growth. Currently, it has established a quality management group covering more than 200 suppliers and with a team of 200 professional quality managers.

 

Fujian Hengshen Chemical Fiber Technology Co., Ltd. The case focuses on reliability improvement—reliability tools. It achieves product reliability improvement through the development or transformation and upgrading of measuring instruments, reliability software tools, and reliability testing equipment, and testing and inspection facilities. In the automatic packaging process, Hengshen Chemical Fiber uses industrial cameras, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and opto-mechatronics technologies. The robotic arm accurately identifies the coordinates of each silk cake, achieving adaptive automatic grasping of silk cakes. After the silk cakes enter the packing process, the PLC system (Programmable Logic Controller) is controlled by a matching algorithm, taking into account the packing needs of silk cakes of different specifications, achieving different needs from 6 to 24 pieces. In terms of intelligent online monitoring, industrial cameras + AI algorithms are used to achieve online product detection, online display of defect labels, and real-time output of defect results, greatly improving the product detection rate.
