The intelligent online weight detection instrument uses high-precision micro-force measurement technology constructed from new aerospace materials. Through an industrial camera + AI algorithm, it directly and accurately measures the actual weight of products during production, achieving target weight control, and can achieve real-time, continuous, online recording and storage of fabric weight and historical data queries. This instrument not only ensures product stability and improves product quality but also greatly reduces fabric loss during production, improving the company's economic efficiency.
