Changzhou Hongda's "Key Technologies and Industrialization of the New Generation Green Digital Forming Machine Intelligent System" project has passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal.

At the behest of the China National Textile Industry Federation, the China Textile Machinery Association held a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting on July 2, 2023, in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. The meeting, conducted both online and offline, focused on the project "Key Technologies and Industrialization of a New Generation of Green and Digitalized Shaping Machine Intelligent System," undertaken by Changzhou Hongda Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., and supported by the China National Textile Industry Federation's Science and Technology Guiding Plan.


Entrusted by the China National Textile Industry Federation, the China Textile Machinery Association held a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting for the "Key Technologies and Industrialization of a New Generation of Green Digitalized Shaping Machine Intelligent System" project, undertaken by Changzhou Hongda Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd., on July 2, 2023, in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, using a combination of online and offline methods.

 

The expert committee for this appraisal meeting was chaired by Academician Sun Jinliang of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Members consisted of six senior experts and scholars from the China Textile Economics Research Center, the China Dyeing Industry Association, Donghua University, Jiangnan University, Soochow University, and Shenghong Group Co., Ltd.

The expert group inspected the site, reviewed the main technical indicators, listened to reports on various aspects of the project, and reviewed the project appraisal materials. After questioning and discussion, they unanimously agreed that the overall technology of the achievement has reached the internationally advanced level.

Main innovations of the project achievements:

This project uses high-precision micro-force measurement technology to achieve precise online measurement of fabric weight; a fabric density detection and anti-vibration device was designed and developed, and combined with image processing technology to develop an automatic overfeeding control system for fabric density detection; an online detection technology for fabric moisture content was developed, achieving non-contact real-time online detection of fabric moisture content; an intelligent image full-width scanning and weft straightening device was developed using an intelligent image weft straightening AI algorithm. This digital shaping machine intelligent system realizes dynamic real-time monitoring of the shaping process and intelligent optimization decision-making of dyeing and finishing process parameters.
