It highlighted key central concerns and social hotspots, showcasing the achievements of the science and technology association system in serving scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement, and driving mass entrepreneurship and innovation. At this meeting, the 2021 "Science and Technology Innovation China" series rankings were released: Changzhou Hongda Electric Co., Ltd.'s research and development of industrial application and promotion technology of fabric image whole-flower and whole-weft technology based on artificial intelligence was selected for the 2021 "Science and Technology Innovation China" Leading Technology List. Changzhou Hongda Electric Co., Ltd. was selected for the 2021 "Science and Technology Innovation China" Emerging Enterprise List. Changzhou Hongda became the only company in the textile machinery industry to be listed.

It is understood that Changzhou Hongda specializes in the research and development of digital online monitoring and control products for textile printing and dyeing. Its developed online detection products for printing and dyeing process parameters account for more than 90% of the domestic market. For 30 years, Changzhou Hongda has been committed to innovation. In 2005, the developed "online detection of printing and dyeing process" won the first prize of Sangma Textile Science and Technology Award. Subsequently, it developed the whole-flower and whole-weft machine to the world's leading level and won the first prize of the China Textile Industry Federation Science and Technology Progress Award. This original technology ended the era in which the printing and dyeing industry only had whole-weft but not whole-flower, greatly improving the quality of China's textile processing, especially the quality of printed fabrics, jacquard fabrics, lace, and color-woven fabrics. In 2020, Changzhou Hongda was awarded by the China Textile Machinery Association to establish the "Image Whole-Flower and Whole-Weft Machine Product R&D Center" in the Chinese textile industry. In addition, Changzhou Hongda's "Hawk Vision Flexible Intelligent Whole-Weft Machine" is a global innovation with significant breakthroughs and innovations, ushering in a new chapter in the history of whole-weft machine development.
Gu Jinhua told reporters that an enterprise with lofty ideals has a responsibility to become a key link connecting the upstream and downstream of the industry and to build a barrier-free communication platform for enterprises within the industry; a successful enterprise should not only attach importance to its own development but also consciously undertake certain social responsibilities and contribute more to the healthy development of the textile industry.
