The China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) has announced the results of the selection of the 2021 "Science and Technology Innovation China" list. Changzhou Hongda Technology (Group) was selected for the 2021 "Science and Technology Innovation China" Emerging Enterprises List, and the group's research and development of "Industrial application and promotion technology of fabric image whole flower and whole weft technology based on artificial intelligence" was selected for the 2021 "Science and Technology Innovation China" Leading Technology List.
The 2021 "Science and Technology Innovation China" series rankings released by the China Association for Science and Technology aim to create a benchmark for high-quality development driven by scientific and technological innovation. Among them, the New Leading Enterprise list focuses on enterprises that break through key core technologies, form a profit-making mechanism driven by technological innovation, and have high market recognition and potential.

The group's "Industrial application and promotion technology of fabric image weft and warp technology based on artificial intelligence" was selected for the 2021 "Science and Technology Innovation China" Leading Technology List 。
Changzhou Hongda has been professionally engaged in the research and development of digital online measurement and control products for textile printing and dyeing for many years. It is known as the "expert in intelligent printing and dyeing" in the industry. Its developed online detection products for printing and dyeing process parameters account for more than 90% of the domestic market. Under the general environment where China's textile industry is facing multiple unfavorable factors such as increasing environmental pressure, increasing raw material and labor costs, intensified enterprise competition, and unstable market demand, Changzhou Hongda, while achieving its own success, is also striving to provide effective suggestions and solutions for peer enterprises. In 2020, Changzhou Hongda was awarded the "Image Weft and Warp Machine" product R&D center by the China Textile Machinery Association.

Changzhou Hongda's independently developed fabric image weft and warp technology based on artificial intelligence has developed special linear light sources that meet the functions of wide-width weft and warp, and has researched optimized image processing algorithms for various products, realizing automatic detection and pattern shaping of textile products with pattern and pattern characteristics such as jacquard, color weaving, printing, lace, and embroidery; the project has developed weft insertion technology based on machine vision, improving weft insertion accuracy, expanding variety adaptability, and solving the problems of weft insertion of twill, brushed, light, heavy, chiffon and other textiles. The project has authorized and applied for 21 invention patents, 29 utility model patents, and 2 software copyrights, and the technology has reached the international leading level. The project products have won the first prize of the China Textile Federation Science and Technology Award, and the patented technology has won the China Textile Federation Patent Gold Award and the China Patent Excellence Award.

According to Gu Ren, chairman and general manager of the group introduced, the artificial intelligence fabric image weft and warp technology has realized the precise detection of the weft direction texture and pattern of the fabric, breaking the limitations of traditional photoelectric weft insertion machines and ordinary image weft insertion machines on the fabric weaving method, texture, density, yarn fineness, etc., and solving the problem of fabric pattern deformation. At present, the artificial intelligence fabric image weft and warp technology has been successfully applied in the textile production field, and has been successfully used in many well-known printing and dyeing enterprises in China, and has been widely praised.

Gu Ren told reporters that an enterprise with lofty ideals has the responsibility to become a key link connecting the upstream and downstream of the industry and build a barrier-free communication platform for enterprises in the industry; a successful enterprise should not only attach importance to its own development, but also consciously undertake certain social responsibilities and contribute more to the healthy development of the textile industry.

It is understood that the 2021 "Science and Technology Innovation China" list, after preliminary evaluation and final evaluation, selected 100 items for the "Leading Technology List", 10 items for the "Breaking Bottleneck Key Technology List (Equipment Manufacturing Field)", 100 items for the "New Star Enterprise List", 10 items for the "Industry-University-Research Integration Organization List", 10 items for the "Science and Technology Venture Capital Institution List", 64 items for the "Open Source Innovation List", and 90 items for the "Youth Entrepreneurship List", totaling 384 shortlisted projects.
