The INSHK Shaping Intelligence System is a comprehensive upgrade to existing shaping machines. It is a complete shaping machine process execution system built using big data, the industrial internet, and artificial intelligence technology for online real-time detection of multiple process parameters of textiles. It ensures the quality of textile shaping, establishes a new generation of shaping machine control methods, and will significantly improve the level of intelligence in existing shaping processing.

Among them, the Hawk Vision density detection and overfeeding automatic control system can achieve high-speed image measurement. It has a jitter compensation patent technology, high measurement and control accuracy, strong adaptability to various fabrics, good operability, and a price advantage. Through big data and artificial intelligence deep learning, the intelligent shaping machine system detects multiple process parameters online, autonomously optimizes and generates shaping processes, ensuring process reproducibility and the success rate of new product shaping on the first attempt. At the same time, the complete shaping process execution system built using big data, the industrial internet, and artificial intelligence technology can also connect to the company's cloud.

The Y9000 series double-layer hot air stenter exhibited by Yuanxin Industrial Co., Ltd. during the exhibition deeply integrates the INSHK shaping intelligence system.
