The launch ceremony was attended by Gao Yong, Party Secretary of the China National Textile and Apparel Council; Wang Tiankai, former President; Chen Weikang, Party Vice Secretary and Executive Vice Secretary-General; Yu Jianyong, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; Li Lingshen, Duan Xiaoping, and Sun Huaibin, Vice Presidents of the China National Textile and Apparel Council; Zhang Yankai, former Vice President of the China National Textile and Apparel Council; and heads of industry associations such as the China Textile Machinery Association, the China Dyeing Industry Association, and the China Knitting Industry Association, as well as heads of well-known domestic enterprises.

Gao Yong affirmed the development of Changzhou Hongda. He stated that Changzhou Hongda has been professionally engaged in the research and development of digital online monitoring and control products for textile dyeing for many years, and is known as the "expert in dyeing intelligence" in the industry. Its developed online detection products for dyeing process parameters occupy more than 90% of the domestic market. In 2020, Changzhou Hongda was awarded the establishment of an image-based weft insertion machine product R&D center by the China Textile Machinery Association. Now, the weft insertion machine has made new breakthroughs and innovations. The various scientific research achievements of Changzhou Hongda have played a good leading role in the high-quality development of the textile industry.

The Hawk Vision® flexible intelligent warping machine launched by Changzhou Hongda this time has made original innovations in the warping mechanism, fundamentally changing the existing warping method of warping machines. It solves the world problem of warping S-bends, W-bends, hanging feet, and wavy textures in textiles. It is particularly suitable for correcting weft bends and arcs of knitted and woven textiles with low tension, large weft angles, and irregular weft angles, ushering in a new chapter in the history of warping machine development and providing strong support for the high-quality development of China's textile industry.

Gu Ren, Chairman and General Manager of Changzhou Hongda Technology (Group), said in an interview with a reporter from China Textile Daily that the Hawk Vision® flexible intelligent warping machine has been tested and operated in many user enterprises and has achieved very good results, receiving high praise from users. More than 30 patents make the equipment more competitive in the market. After today's press conference, many targeted inquiries were received, and many user enterprises expressed their intention to place orders. Gu Ren said that although the market is still affected by the epidemic, the company's sales performance has steadily improved, and the company's product sales in the first half of this year have achieved a significant increase compared to last year, and it is expected to maintain a good state throughout the year.
In Gu Ren's view, equipment manufacturers pay more attention to mechanical manufacturing itself, meeting the basic needs of users, while Changzhou Hongda uses intelligent methods to meet users' core needs in terms of processes. To achieve intelligent dyeing, it is first necessary to achieve digitalization of dyeing processes, avoiding conceptualization, ambiguity, and empiricism. As we all know, in the intelligent era, all walks of life regard data as "digital oil," but first, "where does the data come from?" It cannot rely on manual form filling; second, "how to use the data?" These are problems that the dyeing industry needs to solve, and it is also where Changzhou Hongda is focusing its efforts. "The shaping machine and dyeing machine are the main equipment in the dyeing plant. Doing a good job in the intelligence of these "two machines" is an important basis for achieving overall intelligent dyeing." Gu Ren said.

Taking the shaping machine as an example, during the exhibition, Yuanxin Industrial focused on showcasing the Y9000 series double-layer hot air stretching and shaping machine, which deeply integrates the new generation of shaping machine process execution system based on artificial intelligence technology launched by Changzhou Hongda Hawk Vision®, realizing the comprehensive collection of data on the types and target quality of textiles, processing technology, and the operating status of the shaping machine, and developing and designing a complete shaping process database to perform intelligent execution and comprehensive monitoring of the shaping process. In addition, the shaping machine is also equipped with an HV-PC high-precision density online monitoring and control system, an HV-GM200 intelligent fabric weight online detection instrument, and a fabric falling width online monitoring and control system.


During the exhibition, Changzhou Hongda also showcased products such as the INSHK shaping intelligence system, intelligent image-based weft insertion machine, knitted fabric shaping automatic online weight detection system, circular knitting defect detection and automatic matching system, hydrogen peroxide online detection system, and intelligent fabric inspection machine.
