Changzhou Hongda's innovative equipment solves pain points in textile intelligent manufacturing

At the 19th Shanghai International Textile Industry Exhibition, Changzhou Hongda Technology Group (booth number W2C08) showcased its new generation of HawkVision intelligent image inspection machine for warp and weft, HV-T500 intelligent finishing system, HV-PC high-precision knitting finishing automatic online weight measurement and control system, and finishing machine overfeeding control system. The exhibition booth was very popular over the past few days, with numerous customers visiting the booth for inquiries. At the 19th Shanghai International Textile Industry Exhibition, Changzhou Hongda Technology Group (booth number W2C08) showcased its new generation of Hawk Vision intelligent image warp and weft straightening machine, HV-T500 intelligent finishing process system, HV-PC high-precision knitting finishing automatic online weight control system, and finishing machine overfeeding control system.
The exhibition was very popular over the past few days, with customers constantly visiting the booth for inquiries. Changzhou Hongda Technology Group Chairman Gu Ren stated that, focusing on intelligent manufacturing, Changzhou Hongda will focus on process digitalization and execution digitalization, addressing pain points encountered by users and the industry during actual production, and improving the finished product rate.
First, during the weaving, processing, and finishing of knitted fabrics, weaving machine weaving errors and inconsistent tension during processing can cause changes in density, leading to uneven weight, seriously affecting product quality, and making it impossible for workers to control the operation. The HV-PC high-precision knitting finishing automatic online weight control system uses two sets of online weft density detection sensors for fabric infeed and outfeed, forming a closed-loop detection and control system. The system can detect the fabric weft density value in real time, output adjustment control signals to control the overfeeding amount of the overfeeding motor, ensuring the uniformity and consistency of the fabric weft density during production, effectively solving the problem of weft density difference between the beginning and end, and improving product quality.
   
Second, the HawkVision intelligent image warp and weft straightening machine's "full-width scanning warp and weft straightening technology" completely solves the problems of fabric pattern deformation, weft skew, and weft bending that cannot be corrected or identified by photoelectric weft straightening. It breaks through the limitations of photoelectric weft straightening machines and ordinary image weft straightening machines on fabric weaving methods, textures, and thicknesses, surpassing the value of photoelectric weft straightening and ordinary image weft straightening, and creating core value for textile enterprises.
 
Furthermore, the core parameters of the finishing process are the finishing temperature and finishing time. However, the control methods of existing finishing machines cannot effectively control the finishing time. The HV-T500 intelligent finishing process system can effectively and directly control the finishing temperature and finishing time of the fabric being finished, and match the fabric finishing temperature and finishing time with the process requirements. Through the Hawk vision HV-T500 intelligent finishing process system, real-time data control of the finishing temperature and finishing time of the fabric inside the drying room is achieved, ensuring the finishing process effect and product quality, achieving process reproducibility, improving product grade and the rate of superior products, reducing the risk of single-order production, greatly reducing production management costs, thus significantly increasing profit margins, and providing data for process optimization.
 
Finally, the finishing machine overfeeding control system uses internationally leading digital image processing, pattern recognition, and information fusion technologies to detect the weft density of the fabric in motion in real time, and can adjust the fabric weft density in real time according to the weft density detection results, making the weft density reach the ideal state, providing a guarantee for achieving high-quality textiles. This system overcomes the shortcomings of photoelectric weft straightening and ordinary image automatic overfeeding systems, and is a new generation of high-precision automatic overfeeding control system. This product technology has been granted a national invention patent.
 
In addition, at this exhibition, Changzhou Hongda also showcased products and technologies such as the self-adjusting leveling system for the drawing frame, the self-adjusting leveling system for the carding machine, and the spinning set system status detection system.
Changzhou Hongda Technology Group participated in the exhibition with its internationally leading, latest exhibits developed based on artificial intelligence. Mr. Gu Ren, Chairman and General Manager of the Group, was invited to participate in the 2nd Shanghai International Textile Intelligent Manufacturing Summit Forum and gave a keynote speech on the topic of "Intelligent System for Online Detection of Dyeing Process Parameters with Leading Technology".

Based on policy guidance and Changzhou Hongda's 30 years of exploration and practice, General Manager Gu proposed that the era of intelligent dyeing manufacturing has arrived! Deep learning of dyeing processes based on industrial internet big data, realizing artificial intelligence in dyeing processes, is one of the important future development directions. In the intelligent manufacturing system, process digitalization and single-machine intelligence are important foundations.
 
General Manager Gu systematically introduced the company's technology in dyeing. Such as the new generation of intelligent finishing machine system, HawkVision® intelligent image weft straightening machine, HawkVision® intelligent image warp and weft straightening machine based on artificial intelligence technology, intelligent fabric inspection system, dyeing machine intelligent system based on artificial intelligence technology, and the latest digital technology for rotary screen and flat screen printing, interpreting the core role of intelligent dyeing manufacturing: accurate fabric feeding, timely and fast delivery; reducing labor and labor intensity, reducing dependence on the technical skills of operators; energy saving and emission reduction from the source, achieving green manufacturing; supporting the truly sustainable development of industrial manufacturing enterprises.
 
In the "Dialogue with Experts—Analysis of Pain Points/Discussion of Standards in Textile Intelligent Manufacturing" session, when asked by the host how Changzhou Hongda solves the pain points of textile intelligent manufacturing from a technical perspective, General Manager Gu emphasized, "Changzhou Hongda made a comprehensive layout for intelligent dyeing manufacturing in 2000, starting from online intelligent detection in dyeing, and after nearly 20 years of accumulation, it now has a comprehensive product line. In recent years, the company has paid particular attention to accelerating the research of artificial intelligence technology. Hongda has started from two points: one is machine vision, and the other is deep learning of data. Artificial intelligence will eventually develop in two directions: one is data collection, and the other is deep learning of data. The two directions will be combined to ultimately achieve intelligent manufacturing."
 
Currently, Changzhou Hongda has already applied artificial intelligence in the process execution system of finishing machines and the dyeing process system. The HawkVision® finishing machine automatic weight control system, which was exhibited for the first time at the exhibition, has attracted much attention. The system technology has been identified by the expert group of the China Textile Industry Federation as internationally leading, and won the first prize of the 2017 China Textile Industry Federation Science and Technology Progress Award!
