At this exhibition, Changzhou Hongda showcased its HawkVision® intelligent image-based weft straightening machine at booth H1B208. This machine, developed by the "Hawk Vision" brand, leverages its strong European technological background and Changzhou Hongda's profound technical R&D capabilities, featuring advanced "full-width scanning weft straightening technology."

Changzhou Hongda focused on intelligent control systems for textile printing and dyeing post-finishing at the exhibition. According to Changzhou Hongda Chairman Gu Ren, the HawkVision® intelligent image-based weft straightening machine launched at the exhibition applies multiple artificial intelligence technologies, implementing new software functions and expanding its adaptability to various fabrics. Currently, these products are used in numerous well-known textile printing and dyeing factories at home and abroad, significantly improving the level of intelligence for these companies, saving labor costs, supporting higher first-pass yields, and receiving market favor and customer praise.

 

The Hawk Vision® intelligent image-based weft straightening machine utilizes new technological means to completely solve the problems of fabric pattern deformation, weft skew, and weft bending that cannot be corrected or identified by photoelectric weft straightening. It is suitable for various weaving methods of textiles, including color-woven fabrics, printed fabrics, jacquard fabrics, transfer printing, brushed fabrics, knitted fabrics, denim, suede fabrics, curtain fabrics, twill fabrics, heavy fabrics, high-count high-density fabrics, real and imitation silk chiffon, digital printing sizing, and composite processing, breaking the limitations of photoelectric weft straightening machines and ordinary image-based weft straightening machines on fabric weaving methods, textures, and thicknesses, and surpassing the value of photoelectric and ordinary image-based weft straightening.

 

The AI-based knitted fabric setting machine weight automatic online monitoring system, which is used with this machine, has been included in the "China Dyeing Industry Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Advanced Technology Recommendation Catalog" by the China Dyeing Industry Association. The products exhibited are independently researched and manufactured by the company and have 48 patents.
