On April 9, the 18th National Technical Exchange Conference on New Materials, New Technologies, New Processes, and New Products in the Printing and Dyeing Industry was grandly held in Shanghai. Gu Ren, Chairman and General Manager of Changzhou Hongda stated in his report that deep learning of dyeing processes based on big data and the realization of the transformation and upgrading of dyeing production are one of the important future development directions of artificial intelligence. At the conference, he introduced to the attending leaders and representatives Changzhou Hongda's three major achievements in the application of artificial intelligence technology in recent years: Dyeing machine intelligent system based on artificial intelligence technology, new generation artificial intelligence technology-based finishing machine process execution system, and intelligent steam drainage system based on artificial intelligence technology. Gu Ren introduced that the core role of these three systems mainly lies in helping textile printing and dyeing enterprises greatly improve the first-pass yield rate, thereby minimizing enterprise costs, increasing revenue, enabling enterprises to achieve accurate fabric feeding and on-time delivery.
