The system adopts CCD industrial camera to detect all holes and faults occurred in production course as well as sizes of width, to display online detecting result at real-time by means of man-machine interface, to make automatic alarm if out of the range and to store detecting data in the database. The application of this system largely rises up management and control ability of the enterprise against quality of products, reduces risk of received orders and manmade factors, lowers production cost of the enterprise so as to create economic results for the enterprise.
