The MSC-J online measurement and control system for residual liquor ratio adopts L-band radio frequency NDT technology, a dual-resonator structure with a built-in DSP digital processing system. The American ABVIEW software platform achieves high-precision and high-linearity separation of liquid-carrying rate and absolute dry weight. According to production process requirements, the system is equipped with an O-shaped intelligent scanning frame and a set of residual liquor ratio control work platform. The system scans the fabric back and forth from left to middle to right, collects the residual liquor ratio in the fabric width direction, real-time corrects the left, middle, and right oil pressure parameters, and implements automatic control of the uniform padding machine, enabling the uniform padding machine to operate under uniform or non-uniform liquid padding conditions. This thoroughly solves the left-middle-right color difference caused by uneven liquid carrying on the padding roller, ensuring uniform fabric color. Meanwhile, the LABVIEW software platform records the processing order number and the left, middle, and right pressure control output parameters of the order for direct recall next time, ensuring product quality and reproducibility of production processes, and achieving online closed-loop control of the entire production process.
