Changzhou Hongda was invited to attend the 2019 China Intelligent Manufacturing System Solution Conference and Alliance Member Representative Conference

On December 12, the "2019 China Intelligent Manufacturing System Solution Conference and Alliance Member Representative Conference," jointly hosted by the China Intelligent Manufacturing System Solution Provider Alliance and the China Electronics Standardization Institute, was grandly held in Beijing. The theme of the conference was "Building a professional and high-level supplier team to promote high-quality development of the manufacturing industry." Leaders and guests including Xin Guobin, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; Chai Tianyou, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; Shao Baiqing, rotating chairman of the alliance and chairman of HollySys Automation Technologies Group; and Wang Ruihua, deputy director of the Equipment Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, attended the conference. Changzhou Hongda Technology Group participated in this conference. Mr. Gu Ren, chairman of the group, was invited to give a keynote speech entitled "Digital Dyeing Process System Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology" at the Textile Industry Sub-forum Supply and Demand Matching Conference of the 2019 Intelligent Manufacturing System Solution Conference. This matchmaking conference was jointly hosted by the Intelligent Manufacturing System Solution Provider Alliance, the China Textile Machinery Association, and the China Dyeing Industry Association, and undertaken by the Dyeing Machinery Branch of the China Textile Machinery Association and the Textile Industry Sub-alliance of the China Intelligent Manufacturing System Solution Provider Alliance. In recent years, the State Council has continuously issued relevant documents, such as: the Notice on Issuing "Made in China 2025," the Notice on Issuing the Development Plan for a New Generation of Artificial Intelligence, and the 2019 Government Work Report of the State Council, all emphasizing the strategic significance of building China into a strong manufacturing country. The high-quality development of the manufacturing industry requires the transformation of traditional manufacturing, and "intelligent +" empowers the manufacturing industry. Mr. Gu proposed that the era of intelligent dyeing manufacturing has arrived. Deep learning of dyeing processes based on industrial internet big data, realizing artificial intelligence of dyeing processes, is one of the important future development directions. However, there are common and individual problems in the process of promoting intelligent manufacturing in dyeing enterprises. Common problems include the need to further improve the automation and intelligence level of single machines; how to integrate networking, informatization, and big data with artificial intelligence technology to provide in-depth support for industry intelligent manufacturing. Individual problems include: the differences in the business model, customer groups, and product structure of dyeing enterprises; the internal organizational structure, key personnel, composition and status of production equipment; corporate culture, management system, and strategic positioning. Digitalization of dyeing intelligent manufacturing processes, intelligent execution, networked management, and organizational enterprise are the most important parts. Mr. Gu systematically introduced the company's latest technologies in dyeing. Such as the new generation of intelligent finishing machine system, HawkVision intelligent image weft inserting machine, HawkVision intelligent image weft inserting machine based on artificial intelligence technology, intelligent fabric inspection system, dyeing machine intelligent system based on artificial intelligence technology, the latest digital technology of rotary screen and flat screen printing, etc., interpreting the core role of intelligent dyeing manufacturing: accurate fabric feeding, timely and fast delivery; reducing labor and labor intensity, reducing dependence on the technical skills of operators; energy saving and emission reduction from the source, achieving green manufacturing; supporting the truly sustainable development of industrial manufacturing enterprises. At the meeting, Mr. Gu of Changzhou Hongda, Mr. Huang of Lixin Dyeing and Finishing, and Mr. Zhao of Huansi Wisdom participated in the roundtable discussion. This session was hosted by Li Yi, chief engineer of the China Textile Machinery Association. He said that intelligent manufacturing is a current hot topic, but at present, the dyeing industry still has problems such as labor-intensive, high energy consumption, and large emissions. Intelligent manufacturing can achieve the comprehensive purpose of reducing costs, stabilizing quality, fast response, and reducing emissions and consumption. At present, the intelligent manufacturing in the dyeing industry has also achieved good results, and the enterprises participating in this exchange also have some experience to learn from. Changzhou Hongda has made a comprehensive layout for intelligent dyeing manufacturing since 2000, starting from online intelligent detection of dyeing, and after nearly 20 years of accumulation, it now has a comprehensive product line. In recent years, the company has paid particular attention to accelerating the research of artificial intelligence technology. Hongda starts from two points: one is from machine vision, and the other is deep learning of data. Artificial intelligence will eventually develop in two directions: one is data collection, and the other is deep learning of data. The two directions are combined to ultimately achieve intelligent manufacturing." At present, Changzhou Hongda has already applied artificial intelligence in the process execution system of the finishing machine and the dyeing process system. Among them, the HawkVision finishing machine automatic weight control system is highly regarded. The system uses machine vision recognition to achieve high-speed image measurement, has a jitter compensation patent technology, high measurement and control accuracy, strong variety adaptability, good operability, absolute price advantage, and has been authorized by a national invention patent. The HawkVision intelligent image weft inserting machine based on artificial intelligence technology is highly regarded. The system technology has been identified by the expert group of the China Textile Industry Federation as internationally leading, and won the first prize of the 2017 China Textile Industry Federation Science and Technology Progress Award! Recently, this technology patent has won the China Textile Industry Patent Gold Award!
