Changzhou Hongda's intelligent innovation in combing machines has made significant progress!

Yingna Vision, a company established by the Intelligent Equipment Industry Development Research Institute under Changzhou Hongda Technology Group, has recently made a major breakthrough in its independently developed key technology for the self-adjusting evenness system of the combing machine. Their recently applied invention patent for the "Determination Method of the Evenness Point of the Combing Machine Self-Adjusting Evenness System" has been accepted by the State Intellectual Property Office. Through Yingna Vision's independently developed "INS-B2.0 Online Cotton Sliver Quality Detection Device," the optimal evenness point is automatically found online in real time. This technological breakthrough solves the problem of textile factories relying on manual multiple searches for the evenness point (dead zone). It eliminates the need for manual setting of evenness parameters such as the "dead zone," reducing human error and improving accuracy. This technological breakthrough improves the intelligence level of the evenness system and the stability of cotton sliver quality, and reduces the difficulty of using the self-adjusting evenness system in textile factories.

Changzhou Hongda's ring spinning machine single-spindle detection technology achieves a major breakthrough

A key technology in the yarn state detection system for ring spinning machines, independently developed by the Intelligent Equipment Industry Development Research Institute under Changzhou Hongda Technology Group, has recently achieved a major breakthrough. The applied "Online detection method for the operating state of the yarn winding mechanism of ring spinning machines" has been granted a national invention patent. The Yingna Vision online monitoring and control system for single yarn state in ring spinning detects the vibration frequency of the yarn guide plate. This novel detection principle allows for real-time detection of the single yarn state and the operating state of components such as spindles, bearings, flyers, rings, and tapes. Simultaneously, it performs real-time detection of yarn breakage, weak twist, and yarn quality.
